On January 31, 1885, five brave pioneer Daughters of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart arrived at Sydney Harbour, bringing with them the Charism of the Heart to many.

We give thanks for Sr Mary Paul, Sr Mary Xavier, Sr Madeline, Sr Claire, and Sr Martha, who sailed to the Great South Land of the Holy Spirit on a mission filled with the Love of the Heart of God. Their courage and missionary zeal continue to inspire us as we carry forward the Mission of the Heart today.
