As Heart people,
let us remember
that the Christmas heart
is a giving heart,
a wide open heart
that thinks of others first.
The birth of the infant Jesus
stands as the most significant event
in all of history,
because it has meant
the pouring into a broken world
of the healing medicine of love
which has transformed
all manner of hearts
for over two thousand years.
May the message of Christmas be a sign in our land and in our world, of justice, joy and
love, of the friendship of God among his people, which makes us grateful for all he is and
invites us to be that justice, joy and love for all his people.
We pray that each member of the Chevalier Family may have a happy and safe Christmas, and may Jesus be born in our hearts and in our world.
May you feel the warmth of God’s love shining upon you;
May you feel the comfort of God’s love with you always;
May you feel the joy of God’s love deep in your heart;
May the guiding star of God’s love enlighten you in all your ways.
